Over the 4 weeks you’ll learn a full routine and have time to perfect and put your own spin on it. Get ideas on how to link sequences and jazz them up. Just in time for showcase, you can take the routine to perform or just enjoy it for yourself.

Pre-reqs: Beginter level and up

Members can use class credits for this course or purchase a member course from the store! DM us to book!

✨FLYING POLE✨

We’ve added flying pole with back as a regular weekly class starting 9th October yipeeee!!

⏰ Fridays, 7.45-8.45pm

Flying pole involves combining a combination of pole, body loop and hand loop shapes and transitions on a pole that isn’t connected to the floor.

Suitable for: after a Fundamentals of Pole course or 4 beginner pole classes to take you on your flying journey. Level will be adapted to suit individuals levels

✨POLE HANDSTAND COURSE✨

All things pole handstands from shapes to mini combos. We'll be doing both one arm handstands (with one hand on the floor and one hand on the pole) and two arms (both hands on the floor).

You need to be able to crucifix and gemini for this and to be able to hold a handstand against the wall for 5 seconds (This can be stomach or back to wall)
Sharing these with monthly members first before advertising more widely!
