For those who are unaware, I have officially stopped personal training.
I just wanted to take this time to thank everyone who has booked in with myself over the years whether it has been on camps, classes or in 1-1 sessions.
One thing I can say is that this job has been one of the best jobs I've ever had and I owe it all to everyone who has given me the opportunity to show what I can do to help you achieve your goals.
As much as I've done my best to pass on knowledge, you all have helped me learn along the way too.
To everyone I've worked with over the years, I just want to let you all know that I have been absolutely proud of how much hard work you have put in. Yes, it hasn't been easy (except for the burpees) but you all have all proven how much of a superhero you really are. I hope that you don't stop and keep smashing all them goals and more.
Again, I just wanted to say thank you and make sure that you never stop saying "I CAN, I WILL" or any of the other catchphrases I've said over the years otherwise 50 burpees will be coming your way.
