Beginners martial arts classes are available for tots (3-6 years old), children (7-12 years old), teens and adults in the West Leeds area (including Pudsey, Stanningley, Rodley, Bramley, Armley and the surrounding areas). The whole family can get involved! We can help you achieve your goals of more confidence, better discipline, increased focus and improved physical fitness through our martial art

Whether they are brand new starters taking their very first steps into martial arts or students who have been training for a while, the work ethic, focus, and determination they show at such a young age never ceases to amaze us. 💪🔥

Through martial arts, these young students are learning so much more than punches and kicks. They are developing:

A huge shoutout to Mr B for the fantastic progress he continues to make on the mats! 👏🥋

One thing that really stands out about Mr B is his attitude towards learning. No matter what challenge is put in front of him, he always gives 100% effort and pushes himself to improve every single class. 💪

What is even more impressive is his willingness to step outside of his comfort zone and work alongside older and more experienced students in order to accelerate his own learning and development. That takes confidence, determination, and the mindset of a future leader. 👊
