🌍🧠 World Mental Health Day: Be a Smart ALEC!

At Tingley Athletic, we know that teamwork goes way beyond the minutes on the pitch. Looking out for your mates off the pitch is just as important as backing them up on it.

Sometimes a quick "You alright?" needs asking twice. 💚

🟢 How to Be a Smart ALEC:
* 💬 𝗔sk – Check in with a teammate, friend, or family member.
* 👂 𝗟isten – Give them your full attention without judgment.
* 🤝 𝗘ncourage – Remind them they’re not alone and help is always available.
* 🗣️ 𝗖heck in – Follow up later to show you're still in their corner.

> 💡 Remember: You don’t need to be a manager or a coach to give support. You don't need all the answers—sometimes just listening makes all the difference.

> Let’s keep looking out for one another on and off the field. Help is always out there whenever you or a mate needs it. 🫂

Stronger together! 💚⚽

Nothing beats the feeling of standing shoulder-to-shoulder with your teammates before whistle-off. Grassroots football isn't just about the game on the pitch; it’s about building lifelong friendships, learning trust, and supporting one another win, lose, or draw.

So proud of the hard work and togetherness shown by the Tingley Athletic FC U13 Greens every single week! Keep shining, team! 🙌🔥
