Day 1 of my new challenge.

I am going to be doing 30 days of manual lifting, carrying, and training like a Viking warrior.

One thing I cannot do is rowing 😞 but I’m sure the other things will make up for it 🙂

Day 27 is a rest day.

I wanted to share my cardio I do daily with you. Cardio is super important if your not doing at least walking, DO IT!!.

Going for slower reps today. Mind muscle connection.

Day 21 of the push-ups and squats It is once agen a rest day. I think my body is definitely in need of a couple of days rest due to the intense working sets to failure, only 24hrs recovery every 2 days. Now is the time to take at least 4 days of recovery (a Deload) I will be back doing my push-ups and squats on the 5th of August which will be Day 24.

This challenge has been amazing but tough!!. As I always strongly advise, recovery is very important. Listen to your body NOT your ego when training intense like this!.

Day 20 and today is a rest day. Rest and recovery is always more important than the workouts for the best results.

Have a goal and always work towards that goal. Some people are going to doubt you. Some people are going to be negative because what you are doing seems unusual and strange to them!. Some people are going to tell you that what you are doing is not rite and they will tell you do not do that do this instead!. But it is those people in life who are unsuccessful. It’s those people in life who will never achieve anything!!. And if you can disconnect those people in life and have people who will follow you, respect what you are doing, and support you in every direction you take and decision you make!!. Then every Monday will feel like a Saturday!!!
