Wednesday night jujitsu/grappling class lots of beginners and new faces, breaking creating space from guard, butt scoot, then to guillotine arm in, arm out, escape from guillotine (proper old school) full guard tie up to spaghetti arm escape, posts anchors explained, armbar from ground and pound and finished with rolling

A good kids class followed by Wednesday night Jujitsu/ grappling class working side control with escape and figure 4 submissions, finished with some rounds of rolling, lots of new faces/ beginners on the mat 🙏
