Rebellion Total Body Bootcamp is my Group PT programme running from January 2026.

This includes:
Nutrition guide
Menus / meal ideas
Training plans
Group PT
Weigh in on week 1 & 6

Timetable
Monday 7am / 7pm

Tuesday 7am / 9:30am / 7:30pm

Wednesday 7am / 9:30am / 7pm

Thursday 7am / 9:30am / 7pm

Friday 7am / 9:30am / 11am

Saturday 8:30am / 9am PLUS bonus After Dark sessions on week 1 & 6 at 8pm

All sessions will be held in the smaller room and will be closed off for group sessions when full. All sessions are 30 minutes so not too long plus the large room will always be free.

Non members can purchase a 6 week package so please do tell your friends.
