Most women aren’t failing because they’re lazy.
They’re failing because the plan was never built for them.

1. No real structure
Showing up and winging it isn’t a plan. Without structure, you’re just burning calories not building the body you want.

2. You’re running on motivation
Motivation disappears the second life gets busy. If your routine only works when you feel like it it’s not a routine

3. Too much cardio, not enough resistance
Cardio burns. Resistance training reshapes. Most women are working hard in completely the wrong direction

4. You switch programmes every 2 weeks
You don’t need something new. You need to trust the process long enough to actually see it work

5. You’re not eating enough to support it
Undereating + overtraining = your body holding onto everything. Food isn’t the enemy not enough of it is.

BONUS 🏆: No one holding you accountable
The women who stay consistent aren’t more disciplined. They just have better support around them.

You say you want to lose fat…

Yet you’re skipping meals all day, surviving on caffeine, then wondering why you’re face-first in the biscuit tin at 8pm.

Most beginners aren’t overweight because they eat too much chicken, potatoes and vegetables.

They’re overweight because they spend all day under-eating, then overcompensating when hunger finally catches up.

If your calorie target is 1600…

Eating 200 calories by lunchtime isn’t discipline.

It’s setting yourself up to fail.

The women who get results aren’t the ones eating the least.

They’re the ones eating enough of the right foods consistently.
