A fun sparring session with plenty of movement, teamwork and a little bit of chaos thrown in for good measure!

The three of them were gives 2 jobs: Create a good game plan and then survive!

Great fun, and a brilliant way to put their skills to the test without taking things too seriously. 🥋

There’s something special about grading days.
It’s not just about the belt. It’s the smiles when students realise they’ve achieved something they’ve worked towards, the pride when they receive their new belt and the excitement of knowing they’ve moved one step further in their journey.
Miss R’s smile here is a perfect example.
Every student has their own journey, but that moment of receiving a new belt is always one to remember.
Well done to everyone who graded. Your hard work showed. 🥋
