Classes are open to all fitness levels

Thursday: 7am
Thursday: 8am
Sunday 9am

The type of exercise we do is:
Fitness drills to build stamina and
combinations for coordination and balance,
Results will burn calories and build a strong core

Duration: 45 minutes per class
All equipment provided
