“How do they sing and dance so well at the same time?”

It’s a question we’ve been asked throughout the run of He Lives In You.

The answer is simple. They trained for it.

“Stronger in body. Stronger in mind.” became the foundation of our strength and conditioning training.

But strength isn’t just about what your body can do. It’s about believing in yourself when something feels impossible, finding courage when you’re afraid, and lifting those around you as you grow.

This has been their journey.

Set to the Lord’s Prayer in Swahili, this moving piece reminds us that those who have gone before us continue to guide us, even when we can no longer see them.
