Hi all just a reminder that the classes now on Saturday have changed as of today. Childrens class is now 10.15 till 11.15 and Boxing & Thai Boxing is now 11.30 till 12.45 we hope to see you there. 😄

Next Sunday I will be taking part in the ultra warrior with my partner in crime Janice Leahy. It’s been a long time coming due to the pandemic but finally it’s here. Most people who know me know how ill I got in December 2019 having been hospitalised in Tenerife with having less than 24 hours to live which we now know was covid. I’m very nervous about doing this event due to the high level of mud and is very worried about it getting into my lungs so it’s been a hard disision to make but I have decided this is now my retirement event I have done them now for the past 10 years but what better way to go out on the ultra warrior. Please can all my family and friends please sponsor me for this great cause and hopefully we can raise lots of money for my chosen charity.

Tigers gym is to reopen on Monday 12th of April. It’s been quite a while since our gym had to shut due to lockdown. Gary and I are so looking forward to seeing everyone again. We have to run the sessions like before when we were in the tier system so unfortunately you will have to book in and also have your own gloves. Hope to see you soon 🥊🥊

Hi guys, it’s easy to get in a rut during lockdown and not do enough physical exercise. If this is you, then look at having a go with our exercise routine for the weeks ahead. And here we go again!!! When is this going to stop? Josh Warrington is not Leeds first world champion 😡 The artist AKSE P19 should have done his research before going ahead with this porject. What makes it even harder to get my head around this is Leeds City Council must have sanctioned and gave permission to do the mural??? Is this the same Leeds City council who have apologised on numerous occasions for getting it wrong only to have my history removed again 😡 how can Josh Warrington stand by the mural knowing he is not Leeds first world champion that’s not right!! All the people who have been involved in the mural will be contacted in due course. I fought before and I will fight again 🥊

Tigers gym will be closed until Saturday 2nd of January. With the lockdown and the uncertainty of whether classes could run we have decided to remain closed until the new year. We are taking bookings for the new year classes as again we will be restricted to how many we can have in the gym. If you would like to book in just ring or message me or Gary. Hopefully next year is a better one 😄
