Hi there. I’m Elise and am looking forward to starting my new fitness classes at ProFit28! I qualified as an aerobics, step and aqua instructor in Sussex before moving to Leeds in 2005. I absolutely loved teaching fitness classes while at university and then continued to teach for a few more years when training to be a primary school teacher. Over the last 10 years I have been building on my consultancy company- working with many primary schools in Yorkshire, developing the teaching and learning of Gymnastics and Dance. I now have chance to squeeze some fitness classes into my timetable so I can share my passion for exercise with adults as well as children. Please come along and give one of my classes a go!
