Beautiful yoga moments with fabulous singers at Singer and the Self retreat in Lefkada, Greece. We stepped out using our voices in solo lines and pieces and in our bodies in yoga postures and flows. We were encoraged to 'reach' out, up and down and notice how it felt to do so. We learnt new breathing practices such as Bramahari shown here in the first picture. Missing everyone today! Shall we carry on practising together? 🧘‍♂️🕉

ALIVE! Greece made me feel so alive! I had 3 swims yesterday and ran up (and down) a mountain! I loved exploring and breathing the fresh mountain air and drinking mountain tea from the retreat too.

We all need a reset sometimes. This one was much needed. Yay!
