Great fun had today at our boxing fitness session, every Wednesday at 1pm.

was born out of our experience with and launched initially with and continued and grown from there. We have many sessions weekly like this now so please get in touch if you’d like to come along and join in. Our squad consists of people living with and are recovering from strokes and more. This is your chance to fight back and we’ll help you along the way.

Good Morning All,


It is with a heavy heart we want to let you know that after 5 years of being part of the team and our gym family Emma will be moving onto pastures new.

For those of you who know Emma moved down the M1 last year and Emma will be starting at a local gym which ultimately saves her around 90 mins of travelling a day.

We are gutted but completely understand the logic and you only have to put petrol in your car to see why this had to be a decision Emma made.

Personally from all the team but from Joe and Chris we want to thank Emma for everything over the last 5 years, she's a friend and a great person to have working alongside you and we know we will see her in and around the gym once she has left so we hope its a case of "see you later" rather than "goodbye".

If you see her this week please pass on your regards and Thursday this week will be her last day.

Good Luck Emma, thanks for everything.
