The last few weeks I’ve been doing Intermittent fasting, even though it’s definitely not for me long term it’s given me the kick start to control my calories and regain some motivation. I would definitely recommend it for short periods I would say a month at the most. I actually saw no weight loss during but since I’ve stopped the weight has started to shift. I have made an effort to increase my steps also which will have an impact. I’m pleased to be getting back to my running though I have lost a lot of speed I want to regain but that’s something to aim for. I hope your all keeping safe, I’m due back to work in a few weeks which I have mixed feelings about.
