ch as kettlebells, bosus and many other pieces of apparatus.

SO... What is 20/20/20? It is split into 3 areas of fitness:
1: CARDIO
2: STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
3: HIIT
Each section is 20 mins starting with spin, followed by a series of strength exercises and ending on body weight HIIT. The combination of all three means this class is the ultimate in getting results fast, fitness levels increase, strength increases and you burn fat all in one class.
20 MINS SPIN - Combines hill climbs, sprinting and some exercises such as press ups and hot hands as well as hovering. The cardiovascular system is pushed to its extremes in this short 20 mins.
20 MINS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING - Combines a number of strength exercises using dumbbells, weights and kettlebells. Using compound exercises for a whole body workout increasing overall strength and muscle gain.
20 MINS HIIT - This session increases the metabolism by combining body weight exercises over a small but intense time targeting body fat.
