Former International GB 🇬🇧 gymnastics athlete Adam Laughton is back in the country for a few weeks and we have got our hands on him next week to give us some expert coaching. We have four workshops and four PT sessions available starting this Tuesday!

This is a perfect opportunity for you to refine your gymnastics skills!

Book them quickly as places are limited (10 people per workshop/2 coaches).

If you fancy working in one of the UK’s premier Crossfit/strength and conditioning gyms please get in touch.

Hours can be flexible, varying from 8 to 30 hours per week. Potential for additional personal training hours depending on experience.

Pay to be negotiated depending on qualifications and experience. Company pension and holidays included.

CrossFit Level 1 required
CrossFit Level 2 desired
Other qualifications and experience will be taken into account.
