Roundhay Golf Club

Unfortunately, our coach has advised that he is unable to attend tomorrow, so both golf sessions have had to be cancelled.

We’re hoping to have a new coach in place for next week, and I’ll be in touch with everyone who has shown an interest as soon as we have more information.

We’re sorry for any disappointment and thank you for understanding.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday. I hope you enjoyed the morning and came away feeling that Danny helped you with your game—I know I did!

After speaking with Danny, he would like to extend both sessions to 1½ hours. From this Saturday, the new times will be:

⛳ **Members’ coaching: 9am–10.30am**
⛳ **Taster session: 10.30am–12pm**

We still have spaces available for Saturday’s taster session 26th September & 3rd October so if you know someone who might enjoy giving golf a go, please encourage them to get in touch. It doesn’t matter if they’ve never picked up a golf club before—Danny is incredibly patient and encouraging.

To book, email either [email protected], [email protected] or speak to a member of the bar staff.

Any members who would like to join the coaching session on Saturday 26th September or October 3rd, please let me know.

Thanks,
Pete Salter

⛳ **WHAT A GREAT MORNING!** ⛳

Our free golf taster session with Professional Danny McBride went really well today, and it was brilliant to see so many people coming along to give golf a go.

A huge thank you to Danny for making everyone feel so welcome and keeping the session relaxed, friendly and fun. It was lovely to see complete beginners getting involved, learning a few basics and, most importantly, enjoying themselves!

Thanks to everyone who joined us — we hope this is the start of your golfing journey!

And judging by how well today went… we may just have to do another one!
