Let’s play a game!! Which driving position do you think is better for the lower back? Answer is at bottom of bio. Comment ⭐️ if you got it right 🙌🏻

The correct answer is 2!! Lower bucket seat type positions are WORSE for the lower back. Similar to your office chair you want your knees level or slightly lower than your hips not higher! Even though I don’t like how close my knees are to the steering column my lower back is much more comfortable like this (especially on longer journeys 😅).
Did you get it right??

Neck and shoulder tension anyone??
Try these stretches 🙌🏻
Remember to hold as long as necessary 💚
Also don’t forget good posture helps! 😇

This weekend was mind boggling but also exciting as I learned a new technique. This won’t replace my current technique (although I think you will all love it!) but it will be something I can add to my practice. I tried this 10 or so years ago but was put off by how complicated it all sounded 😬🙈

I hadn’t given it another thought until it was used on me by my Chiropractor last summer (for lower back pain that was particularly stubborn). It worked for me so I thought I owed SOT another chance! 😊

Happy New Year all!! Here is the result of my December competition to win a free follow up treatment! 🙌🏻
Hope you’re all doing well today and there aren’t too many sore heads….🥴
