As a rehab' Pilates studio we will continue to remain open during the lockdown. This will enable us to continue to help our clients progress with their individual rehabilitation programmes.

In edition to gels, masks, gloves and sprays we have now introduced an Hexito air sterilisation unit into the studio to make the studio area even more safe.

We look forward seeing everyone as usual.

We moved our studio to another custom built location (still within the hotel) just a few days before lockdown. We are unfortunately able to post new photographs but the studio looks stunning and all of our clients love it. New photos will be posted as soon as we are open again.

The Combo Chair exercises enhance stability and body control and delivers a functional workout that combines coordination, strength and balance. This versatile and easy to use piece of Pilates equipment allows you to focus on either your upper or lower body. There are a wide range of resistance choices and the foot pedal can be split which means that your exercise options can be expanded. For Pilates beginners the exercises are performed sitting and with the feet on the upholstered pedal. The pedal can be split and then used as single resistance and the resistance can also be varied by changing the spring settings.
