Alongside a successful career in business and raising a family, Anna understands the challenges many people face when trying to balance work, family and their own wellbeing. Her approach focuses on building sustainable habits, improving strength and fitness, and achieving lasting results that fit into everyday life.
Anna’s coaching centres around strength, health and longevity. Whether your goal is building strength, losing body fat, improving energy levels, building confidence in the gym, or simply feeling better in yourself, she provides the guidance, support and accountability to help you get there.
