You can find whatever you want on the internet now with YouTube and AI. It's so simple to do that.

In this, we go through. I have an idea of what I pay on a refurb. I have an idea of the area, the rent, my little sweet spots on what I would get from a yield and Gdv basis.

Lots and lots and lots of people are hating on landlords.

Now, whether you'll agree with buying property and renting it or not, one thing I want to say is that not everybody wants to buy a house.

Sometimes people need and want to rent.

So if you take rental properties out of the market, you are going to remove supply whilst demand is still high and therefore push rents up.

Which isn't going to help people
