Prolapse taught me something I wasn’t expecting. 🌿
Not just about my body — although yes, that too.
It taught me to slow down. To stop pushing through. To ask what my body actually needs, instead of what I can make it do.
It taught me that the pelvic floor isn’t just a set of muscles to squeeze. It’s a whole system — connected to your breath, your posture, your nervous system, your life.
And it taught me that rest is not giving up. Sometimes, rest IS the work.
