Prolapse taught me something I wasn’t expecting. 🌿
Not just about my body — although yes, that too.
It taught me to slow down. To stop pushing through. To ask what my body actually needs, instead of what I can make it do.
It taught me that the pelvic floor isn’t just a set of muscles to squeeze. It’s a whole system — connected to your breath, your posture, your nervous system, your life.
And it taught me that rest is not giving up. Sometimes, rest IS the work.

What if your pelvic floor goal is actually making things harder?

I’ve been sitting with something for a while — and I nearly didn’t share it.

Because I’ve always believed in goal setting. Getting clear on where you want to be. What you want to achieve. Running that 5k without a pad. Jumping on the trampoline with your kids.

Those goals are real. And they matter.
But I’ve started to see something different inside the Whole Body Pelvic Health method.

What if your pelvic floor isn’t a destination — it’s a way of being?

Not something you achieve and tick off. Something you tend to, a little, every single day. Even if that looks like one deep breath at your desk. Even if it’s thinking about your pelvic floor while you brush your teeth.
Because a small amount counts. Every single day. Forever.

And when I started thinking about it that way — not as a goal, but as a resolution — something shifted. The heaviness lifted. I stopped feeling behind. And I started feeling something I want for every woman listening:
Ownership. Control. Hope.
