Zumba is for everyone, all abilities, shapes, sizes, genders, ages, beginners or seasoned pros, all are welcome and every move is adaptable to suit. Either drop in and pay cash or transfer or book on the link below, £6.00 per class or special monthly rates payable in class at the first class of the month.

The following classes are also available with me at John Smeaton Leisure Centre £8.10. Drop in or book in advance directly with the centre.

Gosh what a whirlwind of a September its been with stuff planed each weekend. Last Saturday, I re-did my b1 Zumba training with el jefe, the creator of Zumba, Beto Perez in Manchester which was an amazing once in a lifetime experience.

Then on Sunday I was at academy and plucked up the courage to have a dance on the stage in front of Beto. Such an amazing weekend with Catherine Harrison who also did the training and is now an instructor (look out for a joint class coming your way soon)!

Good to see so many familiar faces.

Hectic weekend, re took my Zumba training with Beto Perez , the creator of Zumba on Saturday and then went to the Zumba Academy on Sunday for another whole day of fun and leaning, shattered now but fear not, I will be back tomorrow night for your 6pm class!

I'm missing from John Smeaton on Tuesday and you have the pleasure of De-Napoli Clarke just for that one day this week.

Community classes running as normal on Monday and Wednesday.
