💪Gym anxiety 💪
We’ve all experienced it at some point,
especially when we’re attempting something new whether this be a new class or machine! The unknown can definitely send your mind into overdrive - ‘Will they be staring at me?’ ‘Are they talking about be?’’Am I doing this right?’
It’s really important to remember that the gym is a safe place and everyone is doing there own thing! Focusing on their own workouts! And always remember that you can do anything you set your mind too! By building your confidence the anxiety will ease! Make it a priority to keep going, spend some time researching the equipment you wish to use YouTube videos and TikTok tutorials can help with this! Treat yourself to some work out clothes you feel comfortable in and remember your growth will come both physically and more importantly, mentally!
Having a workout plan can definitely help! This will mean that you won’t feel overwhelmed by all the different machines available to you and tackle any anxieties you may be facing!
