🎉 Exciting News: I’m now a Gym Manager!! 🎉

I’m thrilled to share that as of today, I will be the Gym Manager of Leeds Regent Street!

After returning to PureGym in January last year, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work at both Leeds Thorpe Park and the flagship gym at Leeds City Centre North. It’s been a whirlwind of challenges and experiences, and I’ve gained so much during my time here, especially while working more independently than usual.

What makes this promotion even more special is that Leeds Regent Street is where my fitness journey began. I spent 18 months there as a PT/FC, and it’s surreal to be coming back in this new role!

I truly wouldn’t be here without the support of the amazing managers I’ve worked with along the way—thank you all for your guidance and encouragement!

I can’t wait to kick off the new year with this exciting challenge. I look forward to working closely with the Assistant Gym Manager, Declan, and all the PTs/FCs to help and support them in continuing to build successful businesses. I’m also eager to enhance the members’ experience and build a great gym community.

Here’s to new beginnings and making a difference! 💪🙌

The fun, energy, and laughter was so contagious tonight so a massive thank you to you all for letting your hair down and getting involved—your enthusiasm made the class unforgettable! 😍💃🥰

A special shoutout to and the FEND family for coming along and joining in 🤩🙋‍♀️ We absolutely loved having you in class!!

There’s literally nothing better than coming to Zumba say.. after a busy day at work.. or if you’re not feeling your best... as it’s the perfect way to shake off the stress and share some good laughs with friends.

Just letting loose, having fun, and moving together is such a wonderful escape!

I truly enjoyed every moment, and I can’t wait for the next class!

Wow, can you believe it? Just over 6 months at Thorpe Park and now I’m embarking on a new journey here at Leeds City Centre North 🌟🏋️‍♀️

My time at Leeds Thorpe Park has been nothing short of a wild ride 💪😂.. but absolutely enjoyed every minute ❤️ The members have been incredible, and the team - well, they’re simply the best! Working in such a fantastic environment has been a blast!!

But hey, new adventures await in the city center! I’m feeling a mix of emotions, but mostly excitement for this fresh challenge 💪

Bring it on! I can’t wait to jump into this new chapter with all my energy and enthusiasm 😄

✨ 10 WEEKS AGO TODAY I returned to and I absolutely love being back ✨

It’s just great catching up with familiar faces and getting to know new members 🙌😄❤️

Coming back to work with such an incredible team and seeing how much they have achieved whilst I’ve been away is amazing 💪🏻It’s also really good to be working with and bringing on our new team members as well 🙌🏻😄

AND, I just had to mentioned that one of the things I enjoy doing most here at LTP is…. teaching my favourite classes!!! I honestly didn’t realise how much I’d missed teaching Cycle, Step, Zumba, LBT, Pump etc.. until I came back 🥰🏋️‍♀️💪

So I should finally announce that I will be starting rehearsals tomorrow for Cunard’s Queen Elizabeth 🛳

I feel extremely lucky to have been with Headliners/Carnival UK for the last eight years (and two weeks) and I’m super excited to be back in Southampton doing what I love and living my dream 💃💕

Super excited about this new role & all it’s challenges AND also to start getting to know and work with a new team 💪

✨ Great weekend spent teaching these lovely groups of ladies different themed dance routines! ✨

We let our inner divas out and strutted our stuff to ‘Kiss my (Ah oh)’.. ‘Sweet Melody’.. ‘Crazy In Love’ & ‘Single Ladies’ as part of the Hen Party celebrations for these four gorgeous girls 💃

ALSO hit a new PB on leg press 90kg (not including starting resistance) 😍

Enjoying training at the different PureGyms this week. It’s nice to have a bit of a change and a different atmosphere! PLUS it was lovely and quiet 🤩💪

The last few sets of 5reps @ 80kg felt bit hard today… can tell it’s been a few days 😅

~ Deadlifts
~ Negative pull ups
~ Seated rows
~ Preacher curls

Single Leg RDLs were a good challenge in last night’s leg session!

Definitely need to work on my grip.. felt like I was going to drop the bar at any moment 😅
