✨Ok so this one may not be directly about Pilates but if you are a woman in her 30's to 50's perimenopause can happen anytime during that window, and you are going to need to consider how you exercise and how your body is changing.Remember as a woman you CANNOT opt out of this process!
✨ I am 46 and firmly in perimenopause I train Pilates and I lift weights. Why?
✨ Because my Body needs it, my HORMONES ARE BEHAVING LIKE ITS THE WILD WEST and need regulating and my periods are giving ALL the irregular vibes!
✨ Now I could sit here uneducated and let perimenopause take over my life, but instead I'm choosing to read, get educated and take control.
