The Open is fast approaching 👀

At we will be hosting Friday Night Lights for all the members.

What is the Open?

It’s an inclusive online competition that constitutes of three workouts over the course of three weeks. Each workout is released Thursday and completed by Monday.

Do I need to be a certain level to join in?

Absolutely not! There is various categories which means the online competition is inclusive for everyone.

How does it work?

You will complete the workout in a class format. The warm up will be guided by the coach and you will perform the workout in heats with a judge.

The Open workout will be programmed in the classes during the day and in the evening we will run ‘Friday Night Lights’.

Amy has trained all the way through her pregnancy, even showing up on the tough days. She’s the definition of a true grafter. Amy always gives her best effort and encourages everyone else to do the same.

We’ve all heard “Don’t be a wussy” 😅

THE OX STRONG LIFT OFF

A fully inclusive fun day of lifting! For beginners to advanced - everyone is welcome 🫶🏻

Something bring that focus back in the new year:

- Saturday 4th February 2023.
- Hosted by
- £15 per person entry fee
- Olympic Lifting Platform from provided
- Individual Lifting Picture from .weddings
-Team goodie bag prizes

Mixed S*x teams of 3 will be drawn on the day from the athletes that enter the competition. (Male scores will be adjusted to ensure the competition is gender fair)

2 Movements will be drawn on the day out of:

- Deadlift
- Clean
- Clean and Jerk
- Sn**ch
- Back Squat
- Front Squat
- Strict Press

Score will be team combined weight lifted across both lifts!
