Looking forward to the clubs 2nd guest instructor session. We have an experienced Thai boxer coming on a Sunday soon. She is gonna show us some cool stuff I’m sure! Date to be confirmed but it’s gonna be 2 or 3 weeks I think. :)

Great session at the new spot in harehills this morning. The equipment is too notch! Great to see my bro turn up to train. Also another new driver from Hunslet came to the evening session up in Morley and “loved it”. Could be another regular attender with any luck :)

Good hard session tonight. No kicks, just punching. Practicing keeping a tight gaurd and not over-reacting to punches. Little boxing sparring and hard pad work after. Stretching led by Adam 🙂 good work everyone.
