Over the past 12 months it’s become apparent how important exercise is for us all, both physically and mentally.
The gym can be a place for:
Someone to help with their mental health if their struggling.
Someone wanting to build their confidence
Someone who is recovering from battling an addiction
Someone to socially interact with others when their feeling low and lonely
Someone fighting to improve their health for medical conditions they may have
