Vanzie's Boxing Bootcamp

Vanzie's Boxing Bootcamp Train with 4 x National, 3 x International Champion and former Team GB boxing representative Bootcamps take place at Horsforth Hall Park, LS18 5JE.

Boxing Bootcamp provides a mix of boxing, footwork drills and circuit training. HIIT Bootcamp is 45 mins of high intensity interval training. All classes must be booked in advance, please see social media for schedule. One to one personal training is also available, please message for more details.

Bootcamp has moved outside for summer ☀️ classes run every Thursday at 6.30pm and Saturday at 8am @ Horsforth Hall Park.

Suitable for all levels of fitness, classes include a mix of HIIT and strength training as well as learning to box and working the pads.
