Holiday intake π½π·π₯πΊπ¦
A subject we can all relate to and I'm going to be transparent...
As you can see, variety was had. So it should be on holiday!
What was also had...
π Structure - 3 solid meals a day
π Portion control - simple nutrition/food item management centred around protein
π Intuitive eating - recognising when feeling fuller etc
π Hydration - a standard 2-3L of water with additional juices/coffees
Surely you had a drink?? Yes, I enjoyed 1 or 2 bevs a day (I can't hack much more than that π
) at meal times. Enough not to impact my energy, sleep or the next day.
My point is, intake can/will change on holiday but the π points can still remain and be followed whilst enjoying the variety on offer π½π·π₯πΊπ¦
