29kg DOWN FOR 😱😱

How incredible is this 🥹🥹

Rachel started with her PT last July and has quite literally never looked back, finding a gym and community she loves, enjoys and feels comfortable in has been an absolute game changer for her 😍😍

Rach started with 1-1’s then plucked up the courage to join a beginners class, and is now a regular at every single class we do 🤣🔥

From size 16-18 to a 10 is life changing and we have loved seeing her confidence grow by the week 💪🏼

From beginner to machine and even gives our Fury of Fitness competitions a go 😍 we have all absolutely loved watching your journey and couldn’t be prouder of everything you’ve achieved 🔥🔥 and we know your not done yet !

You look absolutely amazing and it’s knocked about 10 years off you !!

The first picture on the first slide was actually Lauras after picture last year… and now we are using it as her before 🫶🏻

I remember we were really happy with those afters last year! And so we should have been but this last 6 months Laura has really stepped it up a notch 😍😍 and what a difference 🥹

If you come to you will no doubt know Laura, she is one of our regular class members aswell as attending a 1-1 session a week…

And I think you will agree all her hard work has paid off 🔥🔥

Wow what a difference since she started with us in January 💪🏼

2 and a half stone down this year and looking incredible Millie!! 😍😍

Millie started with our classes in January and has since added a PT session in aswell and I actually can’t get over the difference in her 🔥🔥🔥

Always giving it some in the classes and pushing herself and the hardwork has definitely paid off!

Just look at the difference in Amie from the start of the year to now 🥹 it really is true when you find somewhere you love and enjoy it makes it so much easier!

It wasn’t until Amie sent me her pics for the recent September challenge we did I realised just how different she looked and how far she had come, when you see people so often it’s easy to forget how they started! But wow this is an unreal glow up 💫💫💫

has honestly smashed this year out the park… she has been attending around 5 classes a week and she’s turned into an absolute machine 💪🏼 …to the people that say you’ll never get your dream body just doing classes I beg to differ 🤭 the abs, the waist, the back 😍😍😍 she’s looking absolutely unreal 🔥🔥

Obviously this transformation was not just done In September🤣 but we wanted to show you just how unreal Stephs journey is 🩷

This lady has lost a whole 11 stone in total and 1 stone in our September challenge. How amazing is that 🥹🥹

She has been training with and a range of our classes since the beginning of the year and we can’t believe how far she has come and how unreal she now looks 😍😍

Although Steph had already started her weightloss journey before she joined us, we are so grateful she chose us to help her continue 🩷🩷

Love watching Steph achieve all her goals and become better week after week 💪🏼
