🍽️ **Get Ready for Charity Week: CHEF WEEK!** 🎉
From October 6th to 12th, our Mini Athletes will be blending their running skills with a splash of jumping, a sprinkle of throwing, and a generous dollop of imagination to whip up delicious meals—all for the amazing charity, CCLG!
This week is all about fun and learning, teaching our children the importance of nutrition while fostering positive relationships with food and fitness. It’s a combination to set them up for a healthy lifestyle!
As a mum of very hungry and energetic children, I find myself in the kitchen more than I ever imagined, but we’ve found it’s the perfect way to teach them all important life skills.
Cooking can be fun and exciting, and it’s a fantastic bonding experience, just like our Mini Athletics sessions!
Each week, our children take turns choosing a meal, planning, shopping (even on my tight budget!), and cooking for the whole family.
During Charity Week, we’ll share exclusive glimpses into our home, showcasing our weekday meals and demonstrating how cooking can be a fun, engaging, and enriching learning experience for kids of all ages, along with recipes and ideas you may want to try yourself at home!
