ive choreography. As you move through life your choice of fitness style changes and KFAMoves is unique in offering a range of class styles to suit every stage of your life. When you become a member of KFAMoves you can change from one class style to another - or mix and match with your visits to the Gym or other activities - this way we keep you 'Fit for Life'. The class caters for a range of ages and abilities. We dance; we skip; we move; we grapevine and we have fun.
