Last night's practice! Egg be**er legs are a (tiring) basic we need to get right as they keep us up in the water. Excellent coach and Artisitic swimming director extraordinaire Swim with Ray puts us through our paces. Its not all Wuthering and fancy hats (but a lot of it is 💃💃💃🧜‍♀️🧜‍♀️🧜‍♀️)
