Come to our Christmas Market next week at Barton Court, Colwall, WR13 6HN. Friday 4-8pm and Saturday all day from 9:30 until 5pm.
Father Christmas - the REAL one - will be in the Clock Tower throughout and you can even book to take your dog in with your kids to meet him. Or, just your dog, if you prefer!

As you know, we at Barton Court, LOVE dogs. Here is our beloved Jake, patient as always, being pimped out as one of Santa's helpers.

If you know us, you will know that .uk was responsible for bringing Jake into our lives, for which we will be forever grateful.

We are delighted that Amicii will be having a stall in the main house during our Christmas Market next week. They do amazing work for maltreated and abandoned animals and are lovely people so please do come and support them as they battle with raising money to continue helping dogs find homes.

We are also chuffed that will also be joining us. Their independent shop is a delight and they will be bringing a selection of goodies to sell here.

As part of Barton Court's own curated collection, we have some cheeky little gifts for your pooch, too.

Bring your children and grandchildren to meet the real Santa! Then enjoy our Christmas Market: 30 plus stalls, food tastings, music, carols, lights and H Art is back in the Engine Room.
There will be pulled turkey buns, mince pies, mulled wine and lots more to eat, drink, explore and enjoy.
The reception rooms of the main house will be full of great gifts that we love.
Friday 24th and Saturday 25th November.

Your child can meet Santa in the magical atmosphere of The Clock Tower sitting room where he will be granting audiences for 2 days at the end of this month on 24th and 25th November.

This is a very special experience, up close and personal with enormous care taken over the details. And, of course, with the real Father Christmas in attendance!

The big man will chat about the past year and hopes for the future. If you tell the Head Elf in advance, she will brief Santa on anything in particular you would like to have mentioned. You are free to take photos and your child goes away with a little stocking from the tree containing either sweets or fruit [your choice] and a wrapped gift.

Make a day of it by visiting the 30 plus stalls selling amazing gifts. The cafe which is open for pulled turkey rolls, mince pies and mulled wine [amongst other things] and the main reception rooms of the house where there are fabulous things to buy which we, at Barton Court, love. Carols, jazz, lights. AND H Art have taken over one of the barns, so even more to explore.

This weekend, 3rd and 4th December, Father Christmas will be receiving visitors in The Clock Tower at Barton Court, Colwal, WR13 6HN.

He is resting up for a couple of days before his big flight but is happy to meet local children and chat with them.

If you would like your child to meet Santa in this charming environment, please book your place as soon as you can. Seeing him is by appointment only for your comfort.

Haven't seen your lovely children for ages. How about bringing them out for a pizza? They can scamper about on the Dovecote Lawn and you can relax.

Just want to remind you that, this Friday, The Loose Box is open for pizza.

Bring your children before 6.30 and their kiddy sized pizzas will be half price. They can have a run around on the Dovecote Lawn while you relax.

The bar will be open and we have Cheltenham's fabulous Deya Beers as our guest tipple.

NO KIDS AT THE COURT THIS HALF TERM. SORRY!

I have not been able to put together a programme that I am happy with so we will not be running the Kids' Club this half term. I will be getting organised in good time for Easter and the rest of the year so that you can plan properly.

Apologies, but we cannot just have anyone looking after your kids and we don't want to offer them inferior activities.

We are trying to plan some events for your children.
Half term dates are a bit confusing but we can offer a full Kids at the Court experience during the week of 14th February. At the moment, we are also trying to sort out something for the following week but want to check what works best for you?

Hi everyone, I am sorry to disappoint but we will not be running a Kid's Club during this school holiday.

The days/dates are a bit tricky but, above all, the staff are concerned about the rising covid cases and the possibility of transmission just before Christmas.

So.............aside from Father Christmas [who will be here at Barton Court on Friday and Saturday, we won't be having a Kids at the Court event until next year.

We all want to send much love to your children - who have entertained us so wonderfully this year - and we look forward to seeing them in 2022. Have a wonderful Christmas and a very happy, healthy New Year.
