Groovy Booty Fitness https://www.facebook.com/groovybootyfitness I have been teaching dance fitness classes in Surrey since 2013.

My dance background is in Ballet, Modern Dance, Ballroom & Latin Dance. My love for dancing started when I was 6 years old, when I tried on my first set of ballet shoes. This resulted in my passion for dance becoming my full-time career when I moved to the UK from South Africa. I believe dancing offers you a way to express yourself and is a therapy for your mind, body and soul giving you a fab physical and mental workout rolled into one. My favourite dances are the Charleston, Jive & Tango.

Look out for a new on demand beginners Fitsteps course and dance workshops in 2024.

Blackpool Tower Ballroom was iconic, memorable, exhausting, windy, rainy, full of fun and a weekend spent with some of my incredible class members.

Yes, the floor actually bounced especially when 300+ ladies danced a jive!
The tea dance waltz will be one to remember and the organist playing the famous seaside song dating back to Victorian times.

Charleston, Cha Cha, Foxtrot, Jive, Rock & Roll, Waltz, we did them all!
After a long journey back home we are tired but happy that we got to experience the dance magic of this famous Ballroom. 🎡🪩👠🤗♥️
