Just to clarify all to the messages I haven’t responded to yet why I wasn’t at Oulton park this weekend. I am in the supersport cup I get to nominate 8 rounds out the 11 I want to do, I choose to miss this round as 3 rounds in one month is a lot. £££

However I was at Cadwell park on a trackday getting some practise in for preparation for the Cadwell BSB round at the end of the month. Having such a good day bike and me were flying well into the 32’s all day and had some high hopes ready for the race.

Unfortunately in the last session another rider high sided about a metre in front of me coming out of Charlie’s 2 and I had no where to go. Was either hit the rider or run over the bike, natural instinct i went for the bike and it sent me to moon and chucked me over the bars and I’ve broken my right ankle and my left wrist (again) 🙈😂. I was air lifted to Hull hospital and am due an operation on my ankle Wednesday morning so should be feeling a bit better by then!

I think this is my season done now as I’m pretty badly bent and my bike is in a bad way damage wise and another huge expense to get fixed to compete anymore races this year.

Absolutely gutted as I’ve had such a good start to being in Supersport and really proud of myself and my team for what we have achieved in only 4 rounds up against some of the best teams and riders in the country.

Just want my give my best wishes to Jay Dexter who was also involved in the accident. Someone that has sponsored me in the past for 5 years or 6 years and also an all round top bloke🙏❤️

Northampton-based motorcycle racer Adam Hartgrove continued his brilliant form by winning another HEL Performance Supersport Cup class race at the British Superbike round at Brands Hatch on Sunday.

Race 2: P1 in cup - P14 overall

So happy to come away with 2 points in British Supersport after only my 4th round in this class. Set my fastest lap on lap 17 and matched my qualifying time also 1.29.1 with an ideal lap time in the 28’s. Have come so far this year with myself and the bike and can’t wait for the rest of the season now💪🏻

Won’t be at Oulton as I miss this round as part of supersport cup but will be back for Thurxton.

FP1 P18 - P1 in cup
FP2 P20 - P1 in cup

Positions don’t replicate how good today was and how far we’re not behind. Improved the bike from the first lap in FP1 to the last few laps in FP2. .2 of a second would have moved me up 6 positions in FP2. Also my fastest ever time around Brands Hatch GP, more tomorrow ✊🏻

Another day tomorrow with Qualifying at 10:10am & Race 1 at 14:50pm (Live on TNT Sports) .
