You asked, we delivered! Pole silks is here!

Introducing a 4 week pole silks course starting on Friday 18th September at 1.30pm.

Want to give it a try first? Book a taster session on Friday 11th September.

For those who cannot make daytime classes we’ve added a 2 hour workshop on Friday 25th September | 6.30-8.30pm

Pole Silks combines both pole and silks apparatus. Expect a mix of static poses, Spinny elements, transitions and movement.
The course and workshop will also include choreography so you have chance to put all the moves you have learnt together.

4 Week term: Fridays from 18th September | 1.30pm | £50

Taster: Friday 11th September | 1.30pm
£12

Weekend workshop: Friday 25th September | 6.30-8.30pm
£25 for Current Pole Sensations students
£30 for Non Current students
