We think the road will be closed tonight from the war memorial to the post office so it looks like going through the estate ( St Peter’s rd) will be your easiest route to get there.

The surgical socks are off and Parks is back in full swing (ok, maybe not full swing, in fact, maybe not even in semi swing - but he’s back)
Ettington will be on tomorrow morning , FitSteps at 10 and toning at 11. Join him there and beat the heat !!
No classes on Monday due to bank holiday but all other classes on as normal next week - it will be hot so bring plenty of water!! 🥵🔥

👋 Classes update for week commencing Mon 11th of May .
Ian is recovering well after his operation and hopes to be back v soon. Meanwhile his classes next week will be covered by Gemma with the exception of Swalcliffe and Ettington that are on hold this week .
Clubbercise with Vicki is back on Monday in Kenilworth (6.40 and 7.35pm ) after the bank holiday break and Tuesday - 7.15 at Oakley as normal. Sadly there is no class on Wednesday at the college due to exams in the hall .

Super proud of these ladies last night taking to the stage at The Strictly Experience and continuing to dance as if nothing was happening when one of the audience stormed the stage to join them 🫢
What an experience for everyone involved! Ian had a great time as a judge again but the biggest well done has to go to all the couples who took part and managed to raise a phenomenal £48,000 for Coventry & Warwickshire Mind.

We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and are looking forward to the new year ahead. Before we post and try and entice you back to classes, we wanted to thank everyone who bought a copy of Vicki’s dad’s book, ‘Stories Behind the Headlines’ by Colin Walkey. We were overwhelmed by the number of you who bought them for yourselves or as gifts and while we understand many were given as Christmas gifts and may not have been started yet, we’d hugely appreciate it if those of you have read it already would mind dropping us a few lines to say what you thought about it. Maybe one particular story that made you laugh or that you really enjoyed. It was a gamble getting a publisher and finally putting his words in print and was told by other peers who had published books that he’d never sell them all 🙉 Unbelievably he now has only a handful left. The finishing of the book, launch and sales gave him such a boost. Dad hasn’t been very well over Christmas and I’d truly love to pass on as many comments and reviews as possible to give him another boost and hear what people thought! Feel free to drop us a pm or post below so I can show him your reactions (even if you’ve told us face to face, he’s a words man so it would mean a lot!)

So sorry guys, really not feeling well - I hate cancelling classes and I can’t remember the last time I did through illness but I think it’s for the best tonight (Wednesday 3rd Dec- Leamington College class) Please help me spread the word and I’ll see you all fighting fit next week x

👙Ladies !!! We need your help! Or one of our lovely ladies does anyway !!
BRAS we want your bras!
The gorgeous Vanessa is collecting used bras as a charity breast cancer fund raiser
We dont have long , she needs them before the 13th December and the aim is to collect enough to join them together across the whole of the Rugby pitch at Shipston. They will be sold abroad and funds will go to the charity . Bras (including sports bras) all shapes, sizes, colours - even those elephant grey ones hiding at the back of your drawer are needed- no judgement , we promise not to play guess the owner !! We can collect from classes up until Dec 11th so have a look through your drawers and see what you can do !
