🎉🏆 BIG WEEKEND AHEAD AT THE CLUB! 🏆🎉
This weekend is set to be an exciting, busy and incredibly proud moment for our club! We are honoured to be hosting two fantastic Petanque events alongside England Ladies Bowls Trials — a real reflection of the amazing facilities we have and, more importantly, the fantastic club spirit created by all of our members 💙👏
Please take a moment to read the important information below and help us make the weekend run smoothly for everyone.
📅 Saturday 6th June
⚪️ Petanque Event – approximately 70 competitors
⚠️ Back Room Closure
The back room will be closed until 5:00pm due to:
💃 Private dancing in the morning
🎉 A private event in the afternoon
The room will reopen to members and guests after 5:00pm.

📅 Sunday 7th June
⚪️ Petanque Event – approximately 60 competitors
🏴 ⚫️ England Ladies Bowls Trials - 30 trialists, plus supporters.
⏰ 10:00am–5:00pm
This is an incredible occasion and we are proud to be welcoming players competing for the opportunity to represent their country 🇬🇧👏
⚠️ Important information for Sunday:
🚫 Outdoor changing rooms will be in use throughout the day for our guests, so please avoid using them.
🚫 The Astro will be CLOSED all day to ensure nothing impacts the bowls trials.
🎉 Monthly Bingo
⏰ Doors open 4:00pm
🎱 Eyes down at 5:00pm
Please do not arrive before 4:00pm.

🚗 Parking Information – Both Days
🚶 If you live locally, please walk to the club if possible.
🦺 Volunteer car park stewards will be on duty from 8:00am on both days.
You may be asked to park in an alternative nearby location within walking distance to help accommodate our guests and regular members.

🌟 We really cannot overstate how proud we are that so many people want to visit and celebrate what our club has to offer. This is a huge achievement and a compliment to everyone involved in making our club such a welcoming and successful place to be ❤️
