Sundays first game saw us take on a physical Coventry Bears. Royals fought hard and took the win 14-6.

Well done to Chelsea Round on her player of the match award. Leading by example, big hits, hard runs and a try to top it off.

For their final game yesterday, the girls put in a dominant performance against Nottingham Outlaws. It was their best display of the day, with the team working hard from start to finish to secure a fantastic win.

A huge congratulations to Jess, who was named Player of the Match in only her second game for the Royals. Jess also crossed the line for a brilliant try, helping add to the scoreboard.

Well done to everyone who played this weekend and represented the club so well.

The Royals ladies have named their squad to travel to Nottingham to take on the Nottingham Outlaws Rugby League and Coventry Bears Rugby League Club on Sunday.

The ladies put in a strong performance today against but were ultimately on the wrong side of the result.

Telford crossed twice in the opening few minutes and then again with the final play of the game. Despite the scoreline, the girls showed great determination and effort throughout, controlling much of the match and creating plenty of opportunities. We just couldn’t quite get over the line when it mattered.

There are so many positives to take away from today. We saw several players make their debuts, and we’re incredibly proud to welcome them to the Royals family.

This team has plenty of potential, and we’re excited to see what this group can achieve together. We’ll take the lessons from today, work hard at training this week, and come back stronger for next week’s round.
