Meet Penny 🥋

Penny started her BJJ journey at 32. With over 10 years of training and multiple gold medals across all belt levels, she is as passionate about teaching as she is about competing.

At Nexus, she coaches our youngest members, aged 4–7, and our ladies’ classes. She loves watching children develop their confidence, discipline and skills, and creating a welcoming space where women feel comfortable taking their first steps on the mats.

For Penny, BJJ is part of her family and everyday life. Sharing that passion and helping our members on their own journey is what makes coaching so rewarding. đź–¤
