Week 3 of our new traditional martial arts class this Wednesday at the Newbold Comyn Leisure centre (the studio) 8-8:55pm. Plenty of spaces as the class is just getting going. All welcome, taster lesson free.
Great way to work out and learn a new skill.

As a start up class come along this month for a free taster. After that it’s only £15/month.

2nd class this Wednesday 4th February at our new location (The Studio, Newbold Comyn Leisure Centre) at 8pm - 8:55.
A traditional martial art - ideal for people in their 30s, 40s, 50 and up looking to maintain and improve their core strength, flexibility balance & confidence in a relaxed environment. Meet new people with our team/partner exercises too!
Plenty of spaces and new comers welcome. No experience of a martial art required.

As we're a not for profit we keep prices keen.
