Last night was the clubs AGM, where Wendy who was secretary for many years and volunteered for the club for even longer, stepped down from the committee. Howard presented her with a ‘Wonderful Wendy’ rose. Our thanks go to Wendy for all she has done for the club.

AGM - this year's AGM meeting is on Wednesday 4th March in the White Hart starting at 8.00pm. If you've any items you'd like included in the agenda, please let Penny know by the end of February.

Your tennis club is in need of new committee members! Could this be you? We are looking to have some new members to boost our numbers and especially someone to take on the role of marketing and publicising the club. This involves writing a monthly article for the parish magazine, keeping our website up-to-date with new information and updating the page. If this role isn't for you, we would welcome new members for ideas and support. If you'd like any more information on how you can be involved or just want to volunteer, please get in touch.

Great win for Arthur. The Australian Open has started. Emma Raducanu expected on court around 9am.

To watch it in the UK you need TNT sports, which you can get through signing up for discovery+ for a month and then cancelling.

Yesterday we had our club annual dinner at the Palm Brasserie. Lovely food and atmosphere. Yper also anounced the winners of our fun leagues. Well done to Rachel and Adam winning the mixed and to Rosalind and Deb winning the ladies.
