The Asylum is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. We cater for all disciplines of weight lifting at ANY LEVEL (beginner, novice, amateur, professional) such as bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, Olympic lifting, health, fitness and well being. We also stock plenty of conditioning equipment to get your lungs working at full capacity. We at The Asylum aim to help and encourag

7 years ago we had the privilege of spending a few days with the Household Cavalry in Windsor 🇬🇧

Staying in the barracks, breakfast in the Officers’ Mess, refereeing an in-house competition, and Paul delivering a seminar to the soldiers.

We wrapped it up with a horse and carriage ride through Windsor town centre — an experience we’ll never forget.
