Live survey on Engage Aberdeenshire re some renovations that are to be carried out to the following playparks in Kincardine and Mearns:

Arbuthnott Park.
Catterline Park.
Memorial Park, Laurencekirk.
St Cyrus Park.
Burnside Park, Portlethen.
This is using the Scottish Government funding for 2025/26.

while their courts go through upgrade and renovation

Exciting news - Aberdeenshire Council have now approved the Community Asset Transfer of the former waste depot.

Aberdeenshire Council will shortly issue the Decision Notice and Heads of Terms. This will be a detailed document setting out terms for taking on the building and surrounding ground.

Request for HELP.

Does anybody know a solicitor that stays local that may be able to help submit a formal offer to the Council? and complete any negotiations around the terms and once everyone is happy the transfer date can be agreed.
