During our sessions, we use fun ways to develop skills that transfer into your game! Here the girls had to track, trace and catch the balloons before they hit the floor (a lot harder than it looks!) encouraging quick reactions and spacial awareness - a skill where reacting quickly to changing situations can make all the difference! ๐Ÿ‰

What a great first session we had this afternoon at Lifton Academy!

The boys enjoyed taking part in a range of fun activities and it was great to see so much enthusiasm and team work throughout the session.

We are looking forward to seeing improvement within their skills over the next six week block!

RDW Academy is based at Launceston Rugby Club, and ran by ex-professional player and PT, ๐‘๐ฒ๐š๐ง ๐–๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ž๐ง.

Whether your child has just got into rugby and wants to learn more, youโ€™re worried about loosing momentum and fitness during off-season, or you want to build strength within our gym facilities to enhance your game ready for pre-season, we have sessions for you! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Were excited to be running small group positional coaching sessions this Easter for players looking to develop their skills in focused training environment.

These sessions will be position specific, with backs coached by former profession Rugby Player and owner of RDW Academy, ๐‘๐ฒ๐š๐ง ๐–๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ž๐ง and forwards by a guest coach who currently plays at semi professional level.

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Tuesday 7th April and Thursday 9th April
โฐ 12:30 - 13:30
๐Ÿ’ท ยฃ10 per player

The aim of these sessions is to help players improve their positional skills, gain confidence and understanding whilst also having fun!

Spaces are limited to keep the groups small and ensure each player gets the most out of the session.
